A fast-scaling international media and events business is expanding its global portfolio and is now searching for a Marketing Manager - Exhibitions, to elevate the performance and visibility of its market-leading shows. This company delivers standout exhibitions and high-impact B2B content across multiple regions and culturally, offers support and fun along the way.

This opportunity offers the chance for a Marketing Manager - Exhibitions, to take full ownership of strategy and execution, shaping how audiences engage with a diverse line-up of events in the UK and worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns designed to drive visitor growth, delegate acquisition and exhibitor engagement across a multi-show portfolio.
  • Build campaign strategies including segmentation, audience positioning, messaging and full channel planning.
  • Track and optimise performance metrics such as registrations, CPA, conversion rates, email engagement and digital ROI.
  • Oversee content-led and digital marketing activity, including social media, SEO initiatives, exhibitor promotions and speaker-focused content.
  • Lead, support and develop a small marketing team while collaborating closely with sales, editorial, content and operations.
  • Grow event brands and audience databases across international markets, forming strong relationships with industry partners, associations and key exhibitors.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B exhibition marketing with proven ownership of full campaign delivery.
  • A track record of multi-channel campaign success across email, web, paid media and partnerships.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills, plus confidence using CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools and CMS environments.
  • Commercial awareness and ease working with sales teams and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding, coaching or managing junior marketers.
