Amazon Marketplace Manager who will take full commercial ownership of one of the business's most important sales channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business and play a key role in driving revenue, profitability and long-term growth across Amazon.
Working alongside a specialist Amazon team, you'll be the in-house expert for the channel, owning trading performance, advertising strategy, account health and commercial optimisation.
As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product, Merchandising and Operations teams to maximise performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities in the Position of Amazon Marketplace Manager
- Own the commercial performance, growth and profitability of the Amazon channel.
- Develop and deliver the Amazon trading and growth strategy.
- Manage Amazon account health and Seller Central performance.
- Partner with the Amazon team to optimise PPC, SEO and advertising performance.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including revenue, margin, TACo S, conversion and Buy Box performance.
- Optimise pricing, promotions, listings and catalogue performance.
- Work closely with Supply Chain to align stock availability with trading plans.
- Produce regular trading reports, performance analysis and commercial recommendations.
- Act as the internal Amazon expert, driving best practice across the business.
About You
We're looking for a commercially driven marketplace professional with
- Proven experience managing
Amazon Seller Central within a retail, ecommerce or DTC business.
- A strong track record of growing Amazon sales profitably.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC and working with external Amazon agencies.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience owning budgets, revenue and performance targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial action.
- Experience managing pricing, promotions, catalogue optimisation and marketplace trading.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and the confidence to influence stakeholders.
- Experience within a fast‑paced ecommerce or retail business; knowledge of third‑party Amazon tools or multi‑marketplace experience would be advantageous.
