You'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. The Role
- Welcome clients into the showroom and create a positive first impression
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised hosting experience
- Support private appointments and VIP client visits
- Ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standards
- Offer refreshments and maintain a luxury client environment
- Assist with showroom events and client experiences
- Work closely with sales and client service teams to ensure a seamless visit
- Build positive relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador
