A globally admired luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a Senior European Sales Manager to lead its commercial growth across key European markets. This newly created leadership role will play a critical part in shaping the brand's regional presence - managing distributors, agents, and strategic retail partners across the Nordics, Benelux, Italy, and Iberia.
Reporting into the Head of EU Sales, you'll ensure market strategies are locally resonant yet globally aligned. With a blend of commercial acumen and brand sensitivity, you'll help drive visibility, performance, and long-term market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial execution and strategic growth plans across core EU territories
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, sales agents, and premium department stores (e.g., La Rinascente, El Corte Inglés)
- Align regional plans with global brand objectives and support activations across retail environments
- Provide leadership to a small but growing team, setting clear direction and accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, and operations teams
- Monitor performance and market dynamics, reporting regularly to senior leadership
About You:
- ~5+ years' experience in international sales, ideally across EU/Nordic markets
- ~ Background in luxury, lifestyle, premium, or beauty brands essential
- ~ Strong experience working with distributors and agents, and selling into top-tier department stores
- ~ Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability and proven team leadership
- ~ Comfortable presenting at senior level, with strong commercial instincts
- ~ Willingness to travel across territory; based in London 3 days per week when not travelling
- ~ Additional EU or Nordic language skills a plus
