We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist to join the business and play an important role in the continued success of the salon. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments while also supporting the day-to-day running of a premium, service-led environment.
The successful Senior Beauty Therapist will act as a key support to the wider team, helping maintain standards, creating an outstanding client experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the salon each day. - Delivering high-quality beauty treatments and maintaining exceptional service standards
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the salon

- Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist, Lead Therapist or experienced Beauty Therapist within a premium environment

- Confident delivering treatments across nails, lashes and/or brows to a high standard
- Comfortable taking ownership and supporting wider salon operations
- Naturally organised with the ability to remain calm in a busy environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
