We're partnering with a fast-growing, international business operating across a complex, multi-site environment to appoint a commercially focused Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Backed by significant investment and operating across multiple international markets, the business is entering an exciting phase of continued growth, transformation and operational improvement. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leadership, helping shape financial decision-making across the group.

This role would suit an ambitious and forward-thinking FP&A leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment where commercial insight, operational understanding and strategic thinking are all critical.

The Role
  • Lead the group-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and performance insight to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and operations to improve visibility, accountability and performance
  • Support the continued development of reporting, planning and analytical capability across the business
  • Drive improvements in management information, KPIs and board reporting
  • Provide meaningful commentary and insight around business performance
