Client Host - London
£30,000-£40,000 + Bonus
We are working with a prestigious luxury business based in Mayfair, renowned for its exceptional standards, outstanding service and highly discerning clientele.
They are looking for a polished and personable Client Host to join their team, creating a warm and seamless experience for clients from the moment they arrive.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality, five-star hotel, premium airline, private members' club or high-end customer service background.
The Role
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing appointments and walk-in clients
- Directing clients to the appropriate member of the team
- Preparing and serving refreshments
- Supporting events and managing guest lists
- Maintaining immaculate client-facing areas and showroom standards
- Supporting packaging and gift wrapping
- Assisting with client-related tasks and the wider team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Immaculately presented, polished and professional
- Warm, engaging and confident with clients
- Discreet and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele
- Calm, composed and naturally attentive
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service
Previous experience within the sector is not essential, with training provided.
Hours & Package
Full-time, Monday-Saturday on a flexible rota.
£30,000-£40,000 + bonus
Immediate availability would be preferred.
