Zachary Daniels are partnering with a high growth successful fashion brand who are looking for a Logistics Admin Assistant for a 6 month period.
All applicants must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and be able to start straight away, as well as having proficiency in MS Excel. You must be able to travel to 2 sites both in North London so having a car would be highly beneficial.
As a key member of the logistics team, you'll be supporting the seamless flow of operations that keep global supply chains running smoothly. Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks that will help streamline processes and contribute to the success of exciting brand partnerships.
- Be the first point of contact for logistics-related queries by managing the Logistics inbox, responding to questions, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Keep the logistics tracking system up to date, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth coordination.
- Make the most of SAP to keep the Barclays online portal updated to ensure financial accuracy and streamline operations.
Excel Proficiency: You should be comfortable with Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a must, and knowledge of online portals (DHL, FedEx, Barclays) will be a bonus.
