A fast-growing fashion brand is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead its Warehouse and Customer Service functions. Meeting the founder and a senior leader made it clear that this brand will be huge! Both passionate, energetic and have built a strong, connected culture across every part of the business.
With a strong e-commerce presence and ambitious growth plans, we need an experienced operator who can scale systems, lead a team, and drive efficiency - all while keeping the customer experience front and centre. This role will be well suited to someone who has a passion and interest in fashion and is ready to join and grow within a scaling business.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse & Logistics
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse ops: deliveries, fulfilment, returns.
- Streamline picking and packing processes for speed and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.
- Drive improvements across logistics, storage, and dispatch.
- Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage a small warehouse team with plans to grow.
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management.
- Build a motivated and accountable team culture.
- Oversee Customer Service handling daily queries via email/social.
- Improve response processes and customer journey.
- Handle escalated complaints or returns when needed.
- Use feedback to support business-wide improvements.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management. Ideally from e-comm or fashion.
- Experience implementing/managing WMS systems.
- Strong stock control and fulfilment knowledge.
- Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and solutions-driven.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
