The ideal candidate will have experience working within ecommerce, buying, merchandising, or digital trading, with a strong understanding of how onsite activity impacts conversion and customer journey performance.
- Manage product setup and merchandising across ecommerce platforms
- Support product launches, campaign activity, and seasonal trading updates
- Optimise PLP rankings, sorting rules, navigation, and onsite search functionality

- Monitor customer behaviour and recommend changes to improve the digital customer journey
