- Management Accounts & Reporting: Delivering accurate monthly management accounts, analysis and meaningful reporting to support business decisions.
- Stock, Margin & Commercial Analysis: Rebates & Financial Insight.
- Working with Excel, Power BI and ERP systems to improve reporting, automate processes and identify smarter ways of working.
- Managing and developing a small team, helping junior team members build confidence, capability and experience.
- Working closely with teams across Purchasing, Operations and Finance building strong relationships and helping solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
