I am currently partnering with a large retail business who are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and evolve the end-to-end supply chain. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for inbound supply, distribution centres, transport, inventory, and replenishment. You will ensure high product availability, strong cost control, and a scalable, resilient operation capable of supporting continued growth across stores and e-commerce.
The Role
- Own and deliver the end-to-end supply chain strategy
- Lead high-volume distribution, logistics, and inventory operations
- Drive improvements in availability, cost, and working capital
- Partner closely with buying, merchandising, and sourcing teams
- Lead major transformation initiatives across systems, automation, and network design
- Build and inspire large operational and leadership teams
About You
- Proven senior supply chain leader within retail, FMCG, or high-volume distribution
- Strong operational background across warehousing, transport, and network planning
