Are you an experienced Store Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a commercially focused Store Manager to lead a high-performing fashion store in Swindon.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure consistently high operational and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing your store team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
- Managing day-to-day store operations including stock, payroll and visual merchandising
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
- Supporting wider business initiatives and working collaboratively with other stores
- Being a visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle or another fast-paced retail environment
- Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving sales and KPIs
- Confident leading, coaching and developing a team
- Strong understanding of retail operations, stock and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career within multi-site retail
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
