We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team. Reporting into the Reward & Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:
    • Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)
    • Distributing pay and bonus files
    • Data validation and sense-checking
    • Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)
    • Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes
    • Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)
    • Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)

What we're looking for

  • Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams
  • Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach
  • Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential

The details

Salary: Starting c£40k - £45k with flexibility depending on experience, plus benefits + bonus.
