Junior Webflow Developer | Location: Nantwich, Cheshire (Hybrid)
Company: Childsey (www.childsey.com) | Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Part-time also considered)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Webflow Developer to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become our in-house Webflow expert, taking ownership of the design and development of stunning, high-performance websites. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be responsible for translating high-level creative vision and brand strategy into tangible, beautiful, and functional digital experiences for our diverse client portfolio. You will have the chance to build an impressive portfolio while working in a supportive, collaborative, and flexible environment.
What You'll Do
- Take Figma designs, wireframes, and brand guidelines and transform them into pixel-perfect, fully responsive websites using Webflow.
- Build and manage dynamic content using Webflow's CMS, creating scalable and easily manageable sites for both clients and our internal team.
- Implement engaging interactions and animations that enhance the user experience and bring our creative concepts to life.
- Ensure all website builds are meticulously optimised for performance, accessibility (A11y), and on-page SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and digital marketing teams to support the ideation, briefing, and creation of high-converting campaign landing pages.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing client websites built in Webflow.
- Stay current with the latest Webflow features, capabilities, and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
What You'll Bring
