Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Fine Jewellery business, seeking a knowledgeable and charismatic Jewellery Sales Specialist to join the team. In this role, you\’ll combine your love for heritage pieces with your exceptional clienteling skills to help our clientele find the perfect additions to their collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing network of clients and cultivate new relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Build genuine, long-term connections with clients, offering tailored advice and insights into our unique antique and vintage jewellery pieces.
- Maintain and expand your knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, design periods (e.g., Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco), and hallmarking.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
- Assist in curating and showcasing new acquisitions to reflect their historical and artistic significance.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to ensure our collection remains desirable and competitive.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and participate in events or exhibitions to elevate our brand\’s reputation.
