We are recruiting for a Bike Mechanic / Cycle Technician / Bicycle Workshop Technician in Oxford. This is a hands-on role working in a busy bicycle repair workshop, carrying out bike servicing, bicycle repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of bikes.

About the role
As a Bike Mechanic / Cycle Technician, you will work in a fast paced bicycle workshop carrying out bike servicing, bicycle repairs, and maintenance. You will diagnose faults, complete high quality repairs, and ensure all bicycles are repaired to a safe and professional standard. You will also act as a key point of contact for customers, providing advice on bike repair, servicing, and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Bike servicing, bicycle repairs, and general maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical faults on bicycles
- Working as a Bike Mechanic in a busy workshop environment
- Delivering excellent customer service and technical advice
- Workshop organisation and stock control
- Recording all bicycle repairs and servicing accurately on systems
