Warehouse Operations Manager | Suffolk | FMCG | c£60k

Only applicants with proven experience in warehouse management will be considered, ideally within 3PL or FMCG operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a large team through shift managers as direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Oversee end-to-end operations – from inbound deliveries and stock management to outbound orders and dispatch
• Partner with other 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure flawless service levels
• Monitor and improve KPIs, operational processes, and systems to maximise efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, finding innovative ways to streamline warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in retail or FMCG
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating large teams
• Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and ERP/WMS systems
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency and cost control
