Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a part-time role in Inverness?
We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Assistant / Supervisor to join a successful outdoor and sports brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on in store, delivering excellent customer service and taking responsibility on shift.
You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Supervisor. If you're a strong Senior Sales Assistant or experienced Sales Assistant ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Take responsibility for the store and team when required
- Drive sales and support the team to achieve targets
- Open and close the store when required
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation
- Receive deliveries and support with stock control and replenishment
- Lead by example on the shop floor
- Support and coach colleagues when required
- Help create a positive and engaging customer experience
About You:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Supervisor is beneficial
- Confident, friendly and comfortable working with customers
- A positive, hands‑on approach to retail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering great customer service
- Reliable and flexible, with availability across 2 days per week
- Must be able to drive
