Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and wholesale initiatives for international markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with international distributors and key partners to drive brand growth.
  • Lead the development of licensing strategies, ensuring successful product distribution and market penetration.
  • Oversee the international retail and eCommerce channels to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Build and manage a dedicated sales team to support growth targets and expand our global footprint.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the sales pipeline, enhance customer experience, and achieve ambitious EBITDA growth.
  • Lead from the front, providing strong leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an International Sales and Wholesale Director or in a senior leadership role within global licensing, retail, or eCommerce. Ideally within the sports and/or fashion industry
  • A strong track record in establishing and working with international distributors to drive B2B wholesale sales.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing licensing strategies across diverse international markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of international retail, eCommerce, and the wholesale B2B environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term, drive growth, and contribute to achieving company goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
