Base pay range I\’m delighted to be partnering with a global business on the search for a HR Analyst – a newly created role that will shape how data and insight drive people decisions across the organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves people analytics, workforce planning and all things data, with the scope to make a real impact across operations. The Role Analyse workforce data and trends to forecast future staffing needs. Design and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau. Build and optimise workforce schedules to ensure efficiency and balance across teams. Provide insights and recommendations to improve productivity, engagement and overall people performance. Collaborate with leaders on key business projects, ensuring data is translated into clear, actionable strategies. About You Strong experience in HR data analysis, workforce planning or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insight. Great communication skills – comfortable influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders. Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects. This role is fully remote, offering genuine flexibility and autonomy, within a collaborative and forward-thinking global business.
