We're partnering with one of the world's most recognisable and loved premium consumer brands to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its MD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who has previously supported a founder-led individual, providing high-level, trusted support in a fast-paced and highly successful international business.
Working closely with the MD, you'll become a trusted right hand, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and ensuring they can operate at their best.
You'll need the confidence and judgement to work with someone who is entrepreneurial, highly driven and accustomed to operating at pace.
What you'll be doing
As EA to the MD, you'll be trusted with a broad and genuinely interesting remit, including:
- Owning a complex, fast-moving diary, balancing competing priorities and ensuring the MD's time is focused where it matters most.
- Coordinating high-level internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing packs and supporting materials.
- Anticipating diary clashes and potential challenges before they arise, proactively finding solutions.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading presentations, reports and highly confidential documentation.
- Taking ownership of extensive UK and international travel, from flights and accommodation to visas and detailed itineraries.
- Managing expenses accurately through the company's expense management system.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, colleagues and external partners across the business.
- Acting as a highly professional gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Working closely with the wider EA team to provide seamless support across the Executive Leadership Team.
- Getting involved in additional projects and initiatives where your organisational skills and judgement can make a real difference.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an accomplished EA who is confident operating at senior level and is comfortable supporting a founder-led, entrepreneurial individual.
You'll ideally bring
- Experience supporting C-suite, founders or Executive Leadership Team members.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office capability, particularly Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience managing complex international travel and senior-level meetings.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the instinct to anticipate needs rather than simply react to requests.

- Private Medical Insurance - Comprehensive private medical cover through Vitality, including optical and dental benefits.
- Group Life Cover - Life assurance of 4x your basic salary.

- Private Chef - Enjoy freshly prepared buffet-style breakfasts and lunches every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, created by the company's in-house chef team.
Meals are heavily subsidised, with only a small employee contribution.
