Overview:

This is a fast-growing, design-led furniture business turning heads in the UK homeware scene. With revenue already topping £35 million, their next chapter is all about innovation, agility, and pushing boundaries. What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full design lifecycle: research, 3D development, sampling, material selection and final production

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including buyers, to ensure ranges are both innovative and commercially viable

  • Stay obsessively on top of trends-UK and international-across materials, finishes, and form

  • Present concepts and ranges with clarity and conviction

  • Drive innovation in materials, sustainability, and modern functionality

  • Work in close partnership with the global supplier network-understanding lead times, product launches, and market windows

  • Ensure every piece reflects the brand\’s vision and modern, trend-led customer base
