The Role
- Support the management team with daily operations
- Lead, motivate and develop the team

About You
- Previous Assistant Manager or senior hospitality experience

- Professional, positive and hands-on approach
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Experience or qualifications relating to wine, beverages or hospitality would be highly desirable
