The Role - Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager This is a hands-on, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies and purchasing processes that can scale with the business.

Establish and refine end-to-end supply chain systems and processes
Oversee stock control and inventory management across multiple sites
Work closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs
Analyse data using advanced Excel to drive smarter purchasing decisions
Proven experience in a similar supply chain or purchasing management role, ideally within foodservice, retail, or wholesale
Exceptional Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting models etc.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
