Due to ongoing expansion, they're looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their friendly and ambitious team. As CustomerService / Account Manager, you'll be the key contact for over 200 existing client accounts - building strong relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing first-class service at every touchpoint. You'll also play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, and helping to grow the customer base. Customer Service / Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture a portfolio of 200+ existing accounts, building trust and long-term relationships. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all clients receive a seamless service. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep CRM systems and account records up to date with client information and interactions. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and feedback to management. Proven experience in account management, sales and customer service, or a similar client-facing role. Comfortable working with order processing systems and CRM platforms. Experience in the food, hospitality, or franchise sector is a plus - but not essential.
