A fast-growing retail brand in the beauty & lifestyle space is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to enhance creative output across social, email, web and mobile. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Midweight Graphic Designer will collaborate with a wider creative team on campaigns, product launches, and always-on content. With this being a newly created position, the Midweight Graphic Designer will have real room for career development as the brand continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities in the Position
- Designing visual assets across digital touch points including social, email, mobile and web
- Producing creative using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Designing and managing email campaigns using Klaviyo, incorporating motion, GIFs and platform trends
- Retouching product imagery created by the in-house content team
- Designing web pages and contributing to mobile app UX enhancements
- Creating animations, digital ads and branded content aligned to cultural and beauty trends
- Ensuring brand consistency and visual standards across all digital outputs
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite supported by a strong portfolio
- Experience producing content for ecommerce, email or social channels
- Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for branding, aesthetics and visual storytelling - ideally within beauty, cosmetics or fashion
- Competency in motion, animation or short-form edits a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good time management and a proactive, collaborative approach
