Reporting into senior leadership, you'll sit at the heart of the commercial function, driving online performance, optimising the customer journey and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth across both direct-to-consumer and key ecommerce partner channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial trading expertise with a passion for premium customer experience and digital innovation.
As Global Ecommerce Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving ecommerce performance, delivering commercial targets and ensuring a seamless online experience that reflects the quality and heritage of the brand.
- Working closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Retail, Wholesale and Commercial teams to lead trading activity, optimise customer journeys and use data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
- Owning global ecommerce trading performance and commercial KPIs.
- Driving revenue growth, conversion, AOV and onsite optimisation.
- Leading the ecommerce trading calendar, aligning activity with product launches and campaigns.
- Partnering with Digital Marketing and CRM teams to maximise traffic, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Supporting international ecommerce partners with performance insights and digital best practice.
- Developing omnichannel initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Delivering meaningful reporting and commercial recommendations.
- Ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
About You:
- We're looking for a commercially minded ecommerce professional with a proven track record of delivering online growth within a retail, luxury or premium consumer environment.
- Strong ecommerce trading experience with ownership of commercial performance.
- A deep understanding of conversion optimisation, onsite merchandising and customer journeys.
- Experience working within luxury, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail and connected customer experiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for premium brand experiences.
- Experience working with international ecommerce markets or partners would be advantageous.
