We're partnered with a premium brand known for its quality, craft and customer experience - and we're now looking for an experienced Head of People to join the business at an exciting point of growth and transformation.

This role is reporting into the People Director & will be playing a key part in shaping what the future of the brand looks like - from the inside out.

The role:

  • As Head of People, you'll lead the people strategy across retail and head office.
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring the business is set up for continued growth - through the lens of culture, development, talent and engagement.
  • You'll work closely with senior leaders, acting as a true business partner and critical friend - helping to shape a people function that supports high performance, attracts brilliant people, and champions an inclusive, supportive culture.
  • There's a real opportunity here to influence, inspire and build something long-lasting.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role - ideally within retail or a customer-focused business.
  • A strong understanding of premium customer expectations, and how this translates into a people-first culture.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, but equally happy rolling your sleeves up when needed.
  • Natural leadership presence - someone people connect with, trust and feel inspired by.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving people change with impact and sensitivity.
