This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected British brand and take the lead on its people agenda, working directly with the Managing Director, family owners and Executive Leadership Team.
This is a broad role that needs someone who can think strategically but who genuinely enjoys being close to the business and its people.
We're looking for a Head of HR who will get out and about, build relationships and understand what is really happening across the organisation rather than lead HR from behind a desk.
This role is five days on site at the North West head office, with no home-working element.
Visibility is really important to this business, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being amongst their people and being part of the day-to-day.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the people strategy, develop the HR function and play an important role in the next chapter of the business.
