Zachary Daniels is seeking a Head of Hard Flooring Transformation to lead the commercial strategy for flooring categories. You will own the category, develop market-leading ranges and build strong supplier partnerships UK-wide and internationally. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll head a dedicated buying team, collaborate across merchandising, product development, marketing and operations, and drive growth through margin improvement and innovative product propositions.
