Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + Annual Bonus+Annual pay increase inline with inflation

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Assistant to join a successful and growing business.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales and day-to-day site operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering strong results.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Convert customer enquiries into sales
- Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site
- Handle administration, payments and customer queries
- Maintain high standards across security, compliance and presentation
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve site targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail or sales
- Confident and friendly communication skills
- A proactive, commercial and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a small team
