Area Manager - North West LondonLocation: Harrow / North West London Salary: £47,000 + guaranteed £2,000 quarterly bonus + £6,000 car allowance Progression: Basic salary increases by circa £10,000 once appointed to your own permanent areaAre you an experienced multi-site retail manager looking for your next opportunity with a growing international business?
We're recruiting for an Area Manager to join an established organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe.
This role will initially involve supporting a number of locations across the wider UK store network, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, its people and operating model before moving into responsibility for your own permanent geographical area.
Due to the location of the stores, candidates should ideally be based in or around Enfield, North London or the surrounding Hertfordshire area .The RoleYou'll work closely with Store Managers and regional leadership to drive performance across multiple locations, with responsibility for: Leading and supporting multiple store teamsDriving sales, customer service and operational performanceCoaching and developing Store ManagersReviewing KPIs and identifying areas for improvementMaintaining strong operational and compliance standardsSupporting recruitment, succession planning and talent developmentImproving commercial performance and profitabilityProviding leadership and stability across different locations when requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone with: Previous multi-site management experience - essentialExperience within retail, hospitality, leisure, self-storage or another customer-focused multi-site environmentStrong people leadership and coaching skillsExperience managing sales and operational KPIsGood commercial awarenessA hands-on and visible leadership styleFlexibility to travel across a regional store networkA full UK driving licencePackage£47,000 basic salaryGuaranteed £2,000 bonus per quarter£6,000 car allowanceBasic salary increasing by approximately £10,000 once appointed to your own permanent areaAdditional company benefitsBBBH36903TPBN1_UKTJ
