The Store Manager Role:
- You will have full responsibility for the performance of the store, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, operations and commercial performance.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high performing retail team.
- Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets.
- Taking ownership of store profitability and commercial performance.
- Managing stock, deliveries and day to day store operations.
