As Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an outstanding customer experience. The Supervisor Role
As Supervisor, you will support the management team in delivering strong commercial results while ensuring customers receive an exceptional retail experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations
- Leading and motivating the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
- Driving sales performance and supporting KPI targets
- Creating a positive and engaging environment for customers and colleagues
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards across the store
- Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment processes
- Opening and closing the store and taking ownership of key holder responsibilities
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential
- Ensuring company standards, compliance and operational excellence are maintained
- Helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity
About You
To be successful in this Supervisor role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant or Key Holder within retail
- Experience working within fashion retail, lifestyle retail, outdoor retail, footwear, accessories or premium retail
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience supporting and motivating a retail team
- A commercial mindset with the ability to support sales targets and KPI performance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and proactive approach to retail leadership
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
