A well-known global brand is looking to add an experienced events professional to their team. This is a brilliant chance to take the lead on a range of high-profile events across Europe, working in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.

You will be part of a team that brings some of the most exciting consumer experiences to life, playing a key role in shaping how the brand shows up on the international stage. When not travelling, you will be based in the UK office around three days a week, working closely with colleagues across departments. It is a hands-on, collaborative role with a great balance of autonomy and teamwork.

As Global Events Manager, you will take ownership of several key events, managing them from early planning through to delivery. This includes overseeing logistics, working with agencies and suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, brand, and procurement, as well as with external partners. You will also play a lead role on site, helping to deliver memorable and high-impact event experiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Planning and delivering a range of European and global events
  • Managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and logistics
  • Leading on-site at events when needed
  • Supporting the development of event materials and presentations
  • Ensuring events align with wider business and brand goals
  • Collaborating across departments and with international teams
  • Travelling up to 50 percent of the time
  • Being in the UK office approximately three days a week when not travelling

You are a motivated, organised event professional who thrives on variety and challenge. You enjoy juggling multiple projects and know how to bring people together to deliver results. You are equally comfortable getting into the detail or stepping back to look at the big picture.

You will bring:

  • One to three years of experience in event management, ideally with international scope
  • Background in consumer goods or trade shows is helpful but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Great communication and stakeholder relationship abilities
  • Confidence managing suppliers and budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using Google Drive is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Additional languages or international experience are a bonus
