Are you a creative and commercially minded visual merchandising professional with a passion for retail presentation and customer experience?
We are looking for an experienced Area Visual Merchandiser to support and elevate our retail presence across Glasgow and West Scotland.
As an Area Visual Merchandiser , you will be responsible for ensuring all locations deliver exceptional visual standards, reflect current trends, and create inspiring shopping environments that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit multiple retail locations across Glasgow and West Scotland to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Create visually impactful product displays that maximise sales opportunities and enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure all stores are aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines.
- Analyse store performance and adapt visual strategies to support commercial objectives.
- Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
- Conduct regular visual audits and provide detailed feedback and action plans.
About You
- Previous experience in a visual merchandising role.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, customer behaviour, and commercial merchandising.
- Excellent presentation, planning, and organisational skills.
- The ability to interpret sales data and use insights to influence merchandising decisions.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
