Are you a commercially driven retail professional with a passion for people, performance, and premium customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced Area Concession Manager to oversee multiple concession locations across Glasgow and West Scotland, driving sales, standards, and operational excellence.
As an Area Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding commercial results while ensuring every concession reflects the highest standards of visual presentation, customer service, and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support concession teams across Glasgow and West Scotland.
Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets across all locations.
Analyse and report on trading performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with current trends and brand expectations.
Conduct regular store visits, coaching teams to maximise performance and customer engagement.
Monitor stock levels, inventory processes, and operational compliance.
Build strong relationships with host store management and key stakeholders.
Deliver action plans to improve performance and exceed business objectives.
About You
The successful Area Concession Manager will have:
Previous multi-site retail management experience.
Proven success in driving KPIs and commercial performance.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
