Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
- Be a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
- Nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the brand.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
- Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Operationally manage an efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
- Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
