We\’re looking for a Designer to join a renowned brand with a deep-rooted presence in fashion and retail. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands and product categories within an established, stable, and forward-thinking business within their girlswear department.
As a key player in our fashion-forward environment, you\’ll design seasonal ranges for some of the most exciting brands in the game. This role is all about pushing boundaries while staying true to the essence of the brand, whether it\’s channeling the bold Y2K vibe or embracing preppy collegiate chic. From jersey to knitwear, outerwear to sweatshirts, your designs will speak to a market hungry for fresh, on-trend, and commercially viable collections.
Designer Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine multi-product seasonal ranges, from core wardrobe staples to statement pieces.
- Stay ahead of trends while aligning designs with brand DNA, creating collections that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth design-to-delivery process.
- Source high-quality fabrics and trims, develop seasonal color palettes, and produce detailed tech packs and sketches.
- Participate in fit sessions, sample reviews, and present your collections to senior management.
- Stay plugged into market and consumer feedback to ensure your designs remain in sync with the pulse of the customer.
Who You Are:
- A creative, hands-on designer with 1-2 years of experience in teen or womenswear, bringing a fresh, innovative approach to every project.
- Proficient in CAD (Adobe Suite), with excellent technical drawing and sketching skills.
- A team player who thrives under pressure and loves to collaborate, adapt, and push boundaries.
- Knowledgeable in fabrics, production processes, and graphics/prints (bonus if you can bring this to the table).
