The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive commercial performance and ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high performing team
- Driving sales, service and KPI performance
