Role: The Paid Social Executive will play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and Pinterest.

You'll be responsible for building campaigns, analysing performance, testing new opportunities and identifying ways to improve results while supporting wider brand and commercial objectives.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with commercial goals.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve results.

Support the development of paid social strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Create and manage testing plans across audiences, creative formats, messaging, placements and campaign structures.

Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future activity.

Optimise towards key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Work closely with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing paid social assets.

You:2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.

Experience managing budgets and working towards performance-led KPIs.
