London | Hybrid | £43,000 + A fast-growing, founder-led brand is looking for a Logistics Lead to join at a genuinely exciting stage of its growth.
With ongoing international expansion and further warehouse developments underway, this is a great opportunity to join a business where logistics is evolving quickly and where you'll have real influence over how it operates.
Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, you'll take ownership of inbound logistics and warehouse operations, working across suppliers, freight forwarders, customs partners and 3PLs internationally.
Whilst the role is Hybrid (4 days in office), you will need to be based across 2 offices.
East London (2 days) and Essex (2 days).
What you'll be doing day to day Own inbound logistics from supplier through to warehouse receipt.
Manage international freight, consolidations, customs and shipment planning.
Take ownership of HS codes, Incoterms, country of origin and customs compliance .
Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
Oversee warehouse performance, stock discrepancies, claims and escalations.
Manage freight and warehouse costs, invoices and chargebacks.
Own month-end logistics reporting and data accuracy.
