What you'll be doing:
- Leading the design and development of seasonal collections across multiple product categories
- Driving fresh creative concepts while staying true to brand DNA
- Translating trends, customer insight, and market opportunities into standout product
- Creating CADs, tech packs, prints, and embroidery concepts
- Managing the full design process from concept through to fit and final sign-off
- Working closely with suppliers on fabrics, trims, and product innovation
- Collaborating with buying, merchandising, production, and garment tech teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Taking inspiration from global trends, competitors, and customer behaviours
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience in womenswear design within a fashion brand or retailer
- Strong commercial handwriting with an eye for print, colour, shape, and detail
- Proven success delivering commercially strong collections in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent CAD and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills
- Strong garment construction and fabric knowledge
- Experience working directly with international suppliers
- A confident creative who can balance innovation with wearability
- Someone proactive, organised, and excited by growth
