Overview
Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading retail business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting predominantly Head Office functions. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys true partnering, building relationships across the business, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment journey.
The role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Head Office and selected retail teams, partnering with them to deliver high-quality hires in a thoughtful and sustainable way. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer, while building strong talent pipelines and providing market insight around availability, timelines and hiring trends. You'll also play a key role in continuously improving recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll act as a brand ambassador for the business, representing the culture and values externally and helping attract people who truly align.
About you
You'll have experience delivering end to end recruitment, either in house or from a consultancy background, ideally within retail or a consumer-led business.
