  • Drive consistency by chairing case reviews and reviewing ER activity across the estate

  • Maintain ER data dashboards and contribute to analytics, identifying patterns and solutions

  • Partner with stakeholders to support restructures, consultations, TUPE and policy changes

  • Deliver ER training and policy rollouts to upskill line managers and HR colleagues

  • Liaise with legal on ACAS early conciliation and employment tribunal matters

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar ER management role, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment

  • Proven ability to manage and develop a small team

  • Up-to-date and confident UK employment law knowledge

  • Passion for developing capability in others through training and coaching

  • Resilient, people-focused and commercially minded in your approach

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, who enjoys both hands-on ER work and leading from the front.

If you're passionate about employee experience, legally confident, and ready to help shape the ER agenda in a well-respected retail business – we'd love to hear from you.
