We're supporting a well-known retail business with the search for an Employee Relations Advisor to support their people agenda across a multi-site retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with store and area managers, providing clear, confident ER advice while helping to create positive, fair and consistent employee experiences across the retail estate.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing end-to-end ER support across a range of retail-based cases
- Acting as a trusted advisor to store and regional leaders
- Coaching managers to handle ER matters confidently and consistently
- Supporting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances with a people-first approach
- Helping embed policies, processes and best practice across the retail network
What we're looking for:
- Previous ER experience within retail or another customer-facing, multi-site environment
- Confidence working with operational leaders and influencing at all levels
- A practical, empathetic and commercially aware approach
- Someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and supportive
