My client is a prestigious and luxury brand with a reputation for excellence globally. They are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join their maintenance engineering team.
- Reacts to requests from the Management team and other operating departments to assess and repair faults with all aspects of the buildings including HVAC, lighting & small power issues, plumbing problems.
- Installation of additional electrical circuits.
- Undertakes and records regular Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.
- Temperature checks of water systems as specified in the site Water Risk Assessments.
- Fire alarm testing, fire equipment checks, meter readings, running generator, etc.
- Carries out Health & Safety testing to include the Control of Legionella, Portable Appliance Testing, Emergency Lighting testing, etc.
- Able to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) - preferred.
- Good all round knowledge of electrical distribution systems - essential.
- Building Management Systems experience.
- Requires understanding and using various hand tools, electrical tools, and test and inspection equipment - essential.
- Must be able to work a flexible working pattern over 7 days.
