A leading multi-channel retailer is looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the online trading performance across a dynamic and fast-paced digital portfolio. Working alongside key stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, CRM, and tech, this role will shape the commercial success of the brand\’s digital channels, with a focus on conversion, revenue growth, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Owns the day-to-day trading performance of all digital channels, including web, app, and marketplaces

Drives revenue, AOV, and conversion through optimisation of products, promotions, and pricing strategy

Oversees the digital trading calendar – ensuring timely execution of campaigns, product drops, and seasonal events

Collaborates with CRM, marketing, and merchandising to align content and promotional activities with commercial targets

Uses analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Shopify, ContentSquare) to monitor trading performance and identify optimisation opportunities

Leads daily/weekly trade meetings and delivers performance updates to stakeholders
