Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager / Retail Operations Manager / Compliance Manager to join an established food retail business. This is an extremely important role in our client's structure and will involve a high level of responsibility for ensuring your store trades in a safe and legal manner.
As an in-store Assistant Manager in a large format store, you will be primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of operations in a large format store. You will be experienced in all elements of compliance including stock management, wastage control, managing hours, rota development and health & safety.
